We consider as student everyone that is not enrolled in a formal cycle of studies, but does not have yet a structured position in academia, research institutions, or industry. Student fees also apply to postdoctoral fellows.

* For HSCBB members, the society's annual membership fee will be paid on site. This amounts to 20 € for students and 40 € for senior scientists.

Registration fees include:  

  • Reception
  • Coffee and Lunch breaks
  • Contribution to the Gala dinner at a traditional Cretan restaurant
  • Conference Program and Electronic Proceedings Volume
Tickets for the Gala dinner can be purchased online and onsite. The cost is 10 €  for participants and 25 €  for accompanying persons.
